A Caregiver or Personal Care Aide provides non-medical care for adults, including elderly and disabled people, typically in their own homes. Assists clients with daily tasks including bathing, medication reminders, and light housekeeping; may also provide transportation for appointments and errands. These roles do not always require formal certification.
At Home Solutions seeks a home care recruiter to join our progressive team. This individual will be responsible for hiring home attendants (HHAs/PCAs) for our agency. This candidate must possess strong decision-making, communication, and time management skills.
Responsibilities:
Pursue, attract, and hire certified home attendants (HHAs/PCAs) Guide applicants through the entire hiring process, serving as a trusted liaison to get them hired quickly and compliantly as possible Leverage multiple approaches (calls, texts, emails) to maintain frequent communication Utilize electronic dashboards to keep track of applicant status Ensure applicant documents (I-9, medicals, etc.) are timely and compliant Conduct recruiting events (home attendant school visits, career/job fairs, etc.) Create and own new initiatives Evaluate and propose changes to existing processes, like home attendant benefits and referral bonuses Assist in the setup of At Home Solutions' own home attendant schools Work closely with HR on specific hiring needs and overall recruiting strategy Perform other duties as necessary, including but not limited to: Create job posts, source candidates, schedule and conduct interviews, complete reference checks, make offers, manage LinkedIn account
Requirements:
Home care recruiting experience preferred Healthcare recruiting experience preferred Full cycle recruiting experience preferred Multilingual preferred Must be able to read, write, and understand English Be an organized and detail-oriented person Excellent listening and communication skills Ability to work independently and make decisions Working under time pressures and managing multiple activities simultaneously
Software:
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email platforms (Gmail, Outlook, etc.). Experience with recruiting systems preferred (Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
