This is a field-based role for someone who knows how to build referral relationships, educate partners, and drive intake — not a desk job. What You'll Do Build and maintain referral relationships with: Hospitals & discharge planners Rehab facilities & neuro providers Case managers, social workers, and attorneys Present Xtreme Care's TBI home care services Attend in-person meetings and community outreach events Track referrals and work closely with intake to convert them What We're Looking For Experience in home care or healthcare marketing TBI, neuro rehab, Medicaid, or waiver experience strongly preferred Comfortable with in-person, field-based marketing Strong communication and follow-up skills Familiarity with NYC or Westchester referral networks Compensation Competitive base pay Performance-based incentives NYC or Westchester County (local travel required) Benefits Paid Time Off Health Insurance
