Job Opening:

Home Care Aide - must be certified

PCA, HHA, or CNA Branch:

Watertown, NY Job Location(s): Lowville NY (work also available in Croghan NY, Lyons Falls NY, Copenhagen NY, and surrounding towns in Lewis County)

Rate:

$18.65 / hour

Available Shifts:

Day shifts, up to 8 hours/day, seeing 2-4 clients per shift, depending on shift length. Travel time between clients is paid. Flexible scheduling - we will work with your availability! Reliable vehicle & valid driver's license required! Running errands/shopping for clients is part of the job (mileage paid). JOB DUTIES:

Your day might include: providing a safe way for clients to feel clean and refreshed (personal care); learning some new recipes and preparing meals; tidying their home to keep them healthy and being sure they follow their medication schedule. Other care may be needed to keep them safe. Must be certified PCA, HHA, or CNA Will transition CNA to HHA with a free one-day class Nursing students may be able to work for us as HHA's - ask us how! Must be caring, dependable, & must meet health requirements Must be 18 or older Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license required About Us… CareGivers is a licensed home care agency with 12 branches in Upstate New York and Western Pennsylvania.
