High School Diploma or equivalent required. HHA certification. Experience in assisted living or senior care strongly preferred. Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English. Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills. Flexibility to work various shifts as needed. Compassionate, patient, and respectful demeanor. Physical Demands Ability to lift, move, and transfer residents using appropriate equipment (e.g., wheelchair, walker). Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching. Ability to assist with physical tasks such as bathing, dressing, and toileting. Must be able to perform housekeeping tasks including laundry and cleaning. Non-Physical Demands Strong interpersonal skills to interact with residents, families, and staff. Ability to observe, record, and report changes in resident condition. Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism. Patience and emotional resilience when working with seniors with varying needs. We are seeking a dedicated Care Manager (HHA) to join our nursing team. The Care Manager provides essential health care tasks, personal hygiene assistance, housekeeping, and other supportive services to enhance the well-being of our residents. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about working with seniors and committed to maintaining a safe and nurturing environment. Part-time (15-29 hrs/week)
