Home Care Marketer

True Blue Care at Home Inc is looking to hire experienced Home Care Marketers. We offer Salary , Commission & Bonuses for qualified Home Care Marketers.

Job Responsibilities:

Bring workable patient referrals to the agency Develop new referral sources in the community Strengthen relationships with new and existing referral sources (daily visits to organizations, physician offices, hospitals, assisted living facilities, etc. Educate and inform referral sources and patients of home health options). Promote our professional services within the community. Pre-plan and attend weekly marketing activities. Maintain complete and concise written documentation relating to all sales activity to assure appropriate lead tracking and follow-up. Event coordination and community liaison - participate in health fairs, awareness days, etc.

Job Qualifications:

Prior experience in Home Care Marketing/ Business Development Extensive knowledge and understanding of the NYS Medicaid Program, eligibility, guidelines, etc. Excellent customer service, attention to detail and communication skills a must Please email your resume.
