  • Community Missions has Residential Aide positions throughout the agency.
This role provides essential support and care to our residents, ensuring their safety and well-being. The positions are responsible for delivering trauma informed and person-centered restorative services to the residents as well as documenting resident functioning. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of others and enjoys working in a supportive team environment. Key Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with daily living activities such as meal preparation, cleaning, and medication management.
  • Engage residents in social and recreational activities to promote mental and emotional well-being
  • Provide one on one restorative and/or skill building sessions with residents
  • Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements and policies.
  • Provide crisis intervention and support to residents in emergency situations
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations
  • Hours include evening, weekend, and holidays. Qualifications
  • High school Diploma or GED 1 year experience in human services (preferred) Valid New York State Driver's License with clean driving record CPR/Red Cross trained (agency will provide)
