We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to join our team. The ideal candidates will provide personalized care to our clients in their homes, assisting with daily activities and ensuring their well-being.Responsibilities:
Assist clients with personal care needs such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Provide companionship and engage clients in activities to promote mental and physical well-being. Assist with mobility, including help with walking, transfers, and exercises. Prepare meals and assist with feeding as necessary. Perform light housekeeping duties such as cleaning, laundry, and grocery shopping. Monitor and report changes in the client's condition to the supervising nurse or healthcare provider. Follow care plans and communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare team members.All applicants must have:
