Company Match Resident Care Aide Responsibilities:
Assist residents with memory impairment with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, and dressing, while maintaining their dignity and promoting independence. Ensure compliance with and understanding of all regulations regarding residents' rights. Maintain accurate documentation and records of resident care. Immediately report any changes in a resident's condition to the supervisor, including signs of illness, behavioral changes, unmet personal care needs, medication concerns, or unknown resident whereabouts. Promote and encourage resident participation in community activities.
Education & Experience:
High school diploma or General Educational Development (GED) certificate preferred. Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Home Health Aide (HHA), or Personal Care Aide (PCA) certification welcome but not required One year of caregiving experience preferred. Compassion for and a genuine desire to work with older adults is required.
