Caregiver | Alliance, OH | $15/hr +
Bonuses Pay:
From $15.00 per hour OCal Home Care is hiring reliable and compassionate Caregivers to support clients in the Alliance area. Pay & Perks Starting pay: $15.00 per hour Bonus opportunities (earn up to $20/hr with incentives) Flexible scheduling options Supportive and accessible leadership team Opportunities for advancement Available Shifts 10AM-4PM 9AM-12PM Responsibilities Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting) Prepare meals and support daily routines Perform light housekeeping to maintain a safe environment Provide mobility assistance and transfers Run errands or accompany clients to appointments Offer companionship and emotional support Qualifications At least 1 year of caregiving experience STNA preferred, but not required Ability to lift and assist clients (up to 50 lbs) Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Authorized to work in the U.S. About the Role This position is ideal for dependable caregivers who want to make a meaningful impact while working a consistent schedule.
