Victory Home Care Agency is seeking compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Caregivers/STNAs to provide exceptional in-home care for a client in Westlake, Ohio . If you have a passion for helping seniors maintain their independence while providing dignified, person-centered care, we'd love to hear from you. Responsibilities Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene Provide toileting and incontinence care Assist with safe transfers and ambulation Prepare light meals and assist with feeding if needed Perform light housekeeping (laundry, dishes, tidying living areas) Provide companionship and emotional support Remind clients to take medications (no medication administration) Monitor and report changes in the client's condition Maintain accurate daily care notes Communicate effectively with supervisors and family members Follow the client's individualized care plan Maintain a safe, clean, and respectful environment Qualifications Current Ohio STNA certification preferred (experienced caregivers are encouraged to apply) Minimum of 1 year of caregiving experience Compassionate, dependable, and professional demeanor Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Reliable transportation to and from the client's home in Westlake Ability to pass a criminal background check Current CPR certification preferred Ability to lift, transfer, and assist clients safely What We Offer Competitive pay Flexible scheduling Supportive management team Ongoing training and education Opportunity to make a meaningful difference in someone's life A positive, family-oriented work environment Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who is: Compassionate and patient Dependable and punctual Professional and respectful A team player with a positive attitude Passionate about providing exceptional care Apply Today!
