3:00 PM•11:00 PM Your Responsibilities Assist residents with daily care needs, including hygiene, dressing, toileting, and mobility Respond promptly to call lights and resident requests Provide compassionate support to ensure residents are safe, comfortable, and cared for Perform routine safety checks and observe for changes in resident condition Help maintain a clean, orderly, and welcoming living environment Communicate important resident updates during shift report Foster a respectful, positive, and caring atmosphere for residents, families, and coworkers What You'll Bring A dependable, compassionate, and team-oriented attitude A genuine desire to care for seniors and support their well-being Experience in caregiving or senior care is preferred, but not required Willingness to learn and grow as part of a supportive team Commitment to resident dignity, comfort, and safety Pride in providing excellent care and attention to detail Why This Role Matters As a caregiver at Brewster Parke, you will do more than complete tasks — you will build relationships, offer comfort, and make each day better for the residents we serve.
