As a Caregiver, you will assist individuals with activities of daily living (ADLs), provide companionship, and ensure their overall well-being. • Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Provide medication reminders and assist with medication administration
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding if necessary
• Perform light housekeeping duties, such as tidying up and laundry
• Provide companionship and engage in meaningful conversations with clients
• Assist with mobility and transfers
• Monitor and report any changes in client's condition to the appropriate supervisor
• Follow care plans and maintain accurate documentation ```Qualifications```
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Previous experience in caregiving or related field preferred
• Knowledge of ADLs and experience providing personal care assistance
• Familiarity with dementia care is a plus
• Ability to effectively communicate with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals
• Compassionate and patient demeanor
