Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join our dynamic team in providing exceptional care and support to individuals with diverse needs. As a DSP, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for those you serve by delivering personalized assistance, fostering independence, and ensuring safety. Duties Assist individuals with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility to promote independence and dignity Support residents with medication administration Provide emotional support and companionship to individuals with disabilities Assist with activities that promote physical activity and cognitive engagement tailored to each individual's needs Experience Prior experience working in assisted living facilities, nursing homes, hospitals or home care environments preferred but not needed.
