Job Description

Job Overview We are excited to welcome compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Homecare Providers. In this vital role, you will deliver personalized, high-quality care to clients in their homes and community settings. Whether assisting with daily activities or providing specialized care, your efforts will make a meaningful difference every day. This paid position offers a rewarding opportunity to grow your caregiving skills while supporting individuals across a variety of needs. Responsibilities Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Monitor patients' health by taking vital signs and observing for changes in condition Administer medications following care plans and HIPAA regulations to ensure privacy and safety Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary requirements and assist with meal planning and cooking Support clients with memory care needs such as Alzheimer's or dementia by creating a safe, engaging environment Use specialized equipment like Hoyer lifts or resident's to safely transfer clients with mobility challenges Maintain detailed documentation of care provided, patient observations, and any incidents or changes in condition Requirements Prior experience in home & community care, assisted living, nursing homes, or group homes is highly preferred Knowledge of patient observation, medication administration, and vital signs monitoring Certification in CPR and First Aid; additional training in hospice or dementia care is a plus Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks required for resident transfers and mobility support Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, or other special needs is desirable Familiarity with HIPAA regulations to ensure client confidentiality at all times Strong communication skills and a compassionate attitude toward clients of all ages and abilities Join us in making a positive impact through dedicated caregiving! Pay:
$14.00 - $17.00 per hour
