This position is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and managing high volumes of qualified leads while overseeing the entire new start process from initial contact through successful onboarding. The Program Manager will track performance metrics, conduct interviews, negotiate competitive pay rates, and provide hands-on onboarding support—all while delivering a positive and seamless candidate experience. In addition, this role involves regular travel within the assigned territory to meet with clients and prospects, strengthening relationships and ensuring service quality. Onsite, Monday-Friday 9:00AM-5:00PM $55K-$60K Salaried position - Plus Bonuses Some travel may be required Must be a self-starter Must have an outgoing personality (Team-player)
Qualifications/Educational Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. Certification in healthcare management or related field.
Experience:
At least 1-3 years of experience in healthcare management, with a focus on home health or similar settings.
Knowledge:
Familiarity with Medicaid Waiver programs and their eligibility criteria is advantageous.
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients, caregiver, healthcare professionals, and internal teams. Attention to

Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail to accurately collect and record client information.
Empathy and Compassion:
Demonstrated ability to empathize with clients and their families while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
Adaptability:
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a positive attitude.
Problem-Solving:
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to assess client and caregiver needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Technology Proficiency:
Proficient in using electronic health records (EHR) systems and MS Office suite. Willingness and ability to use mobile applications.
Ethical Standards:
Maintain a high level of integrity, adhering to ethical standards and HIPPA confidentiality guidelines.

Negotiate Pay Rates:
Skillfully negotiate terms and conditions with prospective caregivers to close deals that align with company goals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Provide Onboarding Support:
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of new starts and provide ongoing support to resolve caregiver issues or concerns. Create and maintain a positive relationship with case managers. Support caregivers, clients, and families by providing accurate information. See that all measures are taken to protect client privacy and dignity per HIPPA guidelines. Document and report any issues or concerns to leadership. Ensure that all interactions with client and caregiver are documented appropriately. Conduct monthly calls to clients to drive customer service and meet regulatory compliance. Collect feedback to ensure client and caregiver satisfaction.
