Provide light housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe home environment Run errands and accompany the client to appointments, including barber visits as needed Provide companionship and support during daily activities to ensure the client's comfort and well-being Monitor and report any changes in the client's condition to supervisors or case managers Follow the care plan and communicate regularly with the care team

Preferred:

Successful completion of a nursing assistant or certified home health aide program Certified CPR and negative TB skin test or chest x-ray Must have a valid driver's license and auto insurance (proof of insurance is required) Must be able to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push, and pull. Varied assistance is required depending on the mobility of the client. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds Self-directing with the ability to work with little direct supervision Ability to adhere to HIPAA and ensure confidentiality and security of the client's medical information Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English and communicate effectively Up-to-date vaccinations including COVID-19, Influenza, and Hepatitis B BrightStar Care
