As an Evening Shift STNA at The Village at Marymount, you will be responsible for: Providing direct care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding Monitoring and reporting changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff and other caregivers Maintaining a safe and clean environment for residents, including keeping living areas and common spaces organized and tidy Building strong relationships with residents, families, and fellow staff members to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere Participating in care planning and implementing individualized care plans to meet residents' unique needsResponsibilities:
Provide exceptional care and support to residents, prioritizing their comfort, dignity, and well-being Collaborate with other caregivers to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care, including medications, treatments, and progress notes Participate in care conferences and meetings to review resident progress and discuss care plans Exhibit a commitment to empathy, compassion, and respect for all residents and colleaguesRequirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required Valid STNA certification in the State of Ohio Ability to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents as needed Familiarity with electronic medical records and basic computer skillsWhy Join Our Team:
