This full-time position offers a dynamic and rewarding environment where you can make a meaningful difference in someone's daily life. The role involves assisting with activities of daily living, ensuring safety, companionship, errands, and meal prep. With a schedule of 56 hours weekly from Sunday through Saturday, this is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to contribute to quality care in their home setting. Responsibilities Assist with personal care tasks including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene to promote dignity and comfort. Support with mobility and transfer methods using equipment such as Hoyer lifts and patient transfer techniques to ensure safety during movement. Prepare nutritious meals tailored to dietary needs while maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen area. Follow detailed care plans and document all care activities in compliance with HIPAA regulations and facility protocols. Prior experience working in group homes, assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or home health environments is highly preferred. Demonstrated ability to perform patient monitoring, assist with ADLs (Activities of Daily Living), and manual handling techniques safely. Familiarity with patient transfer methods such as Hoyer lifts and patient personal care assistance enhances effectiveness in this role.
