As the Home Care Manager at Executive Home Care of Hudson, you will lead a dedicated team in providing exceptional in-home care services. Join us in making a positive impact on the lives of our clients and their families in Hudson, OH.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of home care services to ensure high-quality care delivery. Manage and train caregivers, fostering a supportive and efficient work environment. Conduct client assessments and develop personalized care plans. Ensure compliance with state regulations and company policies. Monitor client progress and adjust care plans as necessary. Act as a liaison between clients, families, and healthcare professionals. Handle scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation effectively. Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of care services.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred. Proven experience in home care management or a similar role. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices.
