As a Caregiver, you will provide personalized support to clients in their homes, helping them maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life. You will assist with daily living activities, offer companionship, and create a safe, comfortable environment while building meaningful relationships with clients and their families. If you have a caring heart, strong work ethic, and a passion for helping others, we encourage you to apply. Responsibilities Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene. Provide companionship Prepare nutritious meals Assist with mobility, transfers, walking, and fall prevention. Perform light housekeeping duties, including laundry, dishes, and vacuuming Monitor clients' physical and emotional well-being and promptly report any changes or concerns. Maintain accurate documentation of services provided and communicate effectively with supervisors and family members. Follow individualized care plans while respecting each client's privacy, preferences, and independence. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous caregiving, home health, or personal care experience is preferred but not required. Compassionate, patient, and dependable with a positive attitude. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Ability to safely assist clients with mobility and transfers. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license is required. Must be able to pass a background check and meet applicable state requirements. Pay:
$15.50 - $23.00 per hour
