Job Description
Looking for someone to start ASAP. 2nd and 3rd shift. Full range of personal care to individuals with disabilities. Accurate mileage of any trips taken. Homemaker personal care (HPC) activities completed during the shift. Document, Service Notes, Behavior documentation, Incident reports, Communication logs. Various logs that may be required by medical professionals, behavior specialists, etc.•
