Job Description
Job Overview:
We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Caregivers. As a Caregiver, you will provide essential assistance and support to individuals in need, ensuring their well-being and comfort. Positions open are for the 3:00pm- 11:00pm shift and the 11:00pm-7:00am shift.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication reminders
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Help clients with mobility issues and transfers
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients
- Monitor and report changes in client's health or behavior

Possesses excellent communication abilities, including clear verbal and written communication, with the capability to effectively listen and respond to the needs of residents and their families.Patience :
Exhibits patience and maintains a calm demeanor in all interactions, particularly in challenging situations, ensuring a positive environment for our residents.Physical Stamina and Strength :
Able to perform physical tasks required by the role, including lifting and assisting residents with mobility, ensuring their safety and comfort.Observational Skills :
Keen observational skills to detect changes in resident conditions and behaviors, ensuring timely and appropriate responses to their needs.Problem-Solving Skills :
