Job Overview Caregiver (Koalaty Care Bear)Job Overview At Koalaty Home Care, we believe exceptional care begins with compassion. We are seeking dependable, kind-hearted caregivers who are passionate about helping others remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. As a Koalaty Care Bear, you will provide non-medical home care services that promote dignity, companionship, and quality of life while building meaningful relationships with the clients and families you serve. If you're looking for more than just a job and want to make a genuine difference every day, we'd love to meet you. Responsibilities Provide compassionate, non-medical care in clients' homes. Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility assistance. Prepare light meals and assist with feeding when appropriate. Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and linen changes. Provide companionship and meaningful conversation. Accompany clients on walks or assist with recreational activities. Provide transportation to appointments, errands, or community outings when assigned. Assist with grocery shopping and other household errands. Observe and report changes in a client's condition or home environment. Document services provided according to company policies. Maintain client confidentiality and professionalism at all times. Follow each client's individualized care plan. Communicate effectively with office staff, clients, and family members. Promote client safety, comfort, dignity, and independence during every visit. Compassionate, dependable, patient, and respectful. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance (required for transportation assignments). Ability to pass a criminal background check. Ability to lift, transfer, bend, and assist clients safely when necessary. Current CPR certification is a plus but not required. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Pay:
$15.00 - $18.00 per hour
