Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate DSP/NMT Driver/Caregiver/Home Health Aide to provide exceptional support and care to individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, and other disabilities. This role involves assisting clients with daily living activities, facilitating community integration, and ensuring their safety and well-being. The ideal candidate will be energetic, reliable, and committed to making a positive difference in the lives of those served. Duties Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation Provide transportation for clients to medical appointments, community outings, or educational activities using a company vehicle or personal driving skills Support behavioral health needs through behavior management techniques and positive reinforcement strategies Collect and document data related to client progress, behavior patterns, and service delivery to ensure accurate record-keeping Administer medications following prescribed protocols and maintain proper medication documentation Communicate effectively with clients using various methods such as verbal communication or American Sign Language (ASL) when applicable Support clients in social skills development, child care activities, and community engagement efforts Qualifications Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, or behavioral health needs preferred Knowledge of special education principles and behavior management strategies Strong communication skills, including proficiency in American Sign Language (preferred) Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to safely operate a vehicle for client transportation Home & community care experience is highly desirable Ability to assist with ADLs and provide compassionate caregiving in various settings Demonstrated ability to collect data accurately and maintain detailed records Knowledge of medication administration protocols and safety procedures Flexibility to adapt to changing client needs and work schedules Join us in making a meaningful impact by empowering individuals to live fulfilling lives! Pay:
