Duties Assist with light housekeeping tasks, meal preparation, transportation to appointments and community outings Assist with personal care needs Provide support and companionship in the individuals home Observe and report any changes in client health status or behavior promptly to supervising healthcare professionals. Maintain detailed and compliant documentation of care provided using electronic health record (EHR) systems while respecting patient confidentiality policies. Engage clients in meaningful conversation and activities to promote mental stimulation and emotional well-being. Follow all safety protocols, infection control procedures, and HIPAA regulations to protect client privacy and health. Must have a flexible schedule during 1st and 2nd shift hours Must be willing to use your vehicle for transporting individual's and or company van Certification in CPR and basic life support (BLS) required or obtainable upon hire. Strong communication skills for caregiver-client interaction and collaboration with healthcare teams. Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and assisting with mobility. Must demonstrate reliability, compassion, patience, and a proactive approach to client safety.
Pay:
$16.00 per hour Expected hours: 16.0 - 30.0 per week
