This role is essential for maintaining the beauty and health of our clients' landscapes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in lawn care, landscape maintenance, and horticulture, along with the ability to operate various tools and equipment effectively. If you have a passion for outdoor work and a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities Perform lawn care tasks including mowing, fertilizing, and aerating lawns. Conduct landscape maintenance activities such as trimming shrubs, pruning trees, and planting flowers. Utilize hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery like excavators for various landscaping projects. Install and maintain irrigation systems to ensure optimal water distribution. Assist with snow plowing during winter months to keep properties accessible. Collaborate with team members on hardscape projects including patios and walkways. Maintain equipment by performing routine checks and repairs as needed. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their landscaping needs. Requirements Proven experience in lawn care, landscaping, or horticulture is preferred. Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair equipment effectively. Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery operation is essential. Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting heavy objects and working in various weather conditions. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work. Knowledge of tree care practices including tree trimming and maintenance is a plus. Experience in gardening and landscape design is beneficial but not mandatory.
