  • 2:00PM Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate Caregiver to join our team.
The Caregiver will assist clients with daily living activities which includes but not limited to: light housekeeping, meal prep, personal care, transportation. Caregivers will also participate in elevating the human spirit along with providing a safe and comfortable environment with in their own home. The ideal candidate will have experience in hospice care, long-term care, dementia care, and working with elderly to maintain their independence. Duties
  • Provide direct care to clients in accordance with their individual care plans
  • Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
  • Provide medication reminders
  • Monitor clients' health and report any changes to the office staff
  • Support clients' emotional well-being through attentive and compassionate interactions
  • Respect and uphold client rights and dignity at all times
  • Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed
  • Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and organized living space Qualifications
  • Proven experience in hospice care, long-term care, or related fields
  • Knowledge of dementia care best practices
  • Understanding of client rights and privacy regulations
  • Ability to lift and move clients safely when necessary
  • Experience in home community care or direct support is a plus
