Your responsibilities may include:
Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene Helping with walking, transfers, and mobility assistance Preparing meals and assisting with feeding when needed Providing companionship, conversation, and emotional support Light housekeeping, laundry, and maintaining a safe home environment Running errands and accompanying clients to appointments or outings Monitoring and reporting changes in a client's condition Documenting care and communicating with our office, nurses, and family members We're Looking For Someone Who Has a genuine passion for caring for seniors Holds a current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification Has at least 6 months of paid caregiving experience (home care, assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, or private duty) Is at least 21 years old Has experience caring for clients with dementia or Alzheimer's disease Has a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance Is comfortable driving 20-30 minutes to client homes Owns a smartphone for scheduling and communication Is comfortable working around friendly pets (dogs and cats) Can successfully pass a background check and drug screening CPR/First Aid certification is a plus Join a Team That Values You At Comfort Keepers, we know exceptional care starts with exceptional caregivers.
