Competitive compensation package Tuition reimbursement for full-time staff and continuing education opportunities for all employees at no cost Opportunities for advancement Comprehensive insurance plans for medical, dental, and vision benefits 401(K) with employer match Paid time off, paid holidays, family, and pet bereavement Pet insurance As a Registered Nurse , you'll contribute to our success in the following ways: Conduct start-of-care visits, supervisory visits, and client assessments to ensure quality care delivery Develop, review, and revise individualized plans of care based on patient needs Supervise homemakers, personal care aides, and home health aides to ensure compliance and quality standards are met Monitor and report significant changes in patients' physical and mental conditions Educate caregivers, patients, and families using effective teaching and learning principles Ensure all services meet State, Federal, contract, and licensure requirements Conduct caregiver orientations and performance assessments as required Evaluate home environments for safety risks and recommend solutions to improve patient safety Maintain accurate clinical documentation, care plans, and service records Communicate professionally with caregivers, clients, case managers, and leadership teams Participate in staff meetings, in-services, and continuing education opportunities to support professional growth Support Elara Caring's mission, values, and commitment to exceptional patient-centered care What is Required? Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing in the state applying for CPR Certification required Minimum of one (1) year of nursing experience; Home Care experience preferred Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid, home care benefits, and applicable State regulations preferred Strong clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skills Excellent computer proficiency and documentation abilities Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced healthcare environment Professional verbal and written communication skills Ability to motivate and lead caregivers in a positive and supportive manner Reliable personal transportation is required Ability to travel locally, and regionally to support additional field offices as needed You will report to the Director of Nursing or Clinical Manager.
