Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Senior Caregiver to join our team in Norman, OK. As a Senior Caregiver, you will provide personalized care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes. This is a part-time opportunity that offers the flexibility to make a meaningful impact in the lives of seniors while also balancing your personal schedule.

Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one care and support to clients with dementia, including activities of daily living (ADLs) and instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs) Assist with daily routines, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Assist with medication management and administration Prepare meals and snacks, and assist with feeding and hydration Encourage socialization and engagement through activities and conversations Maintain accurate records of client care and progress Collaborate with other care team members to ensure comprehensive care

Required Skills and Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required Previous experience working with seniors, preferably in a dementia care setting Ability to lift, bend, and transfer clients as needed Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (if applicable)
