Job Overview We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide essential support and assistance to individuals in need. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to enhancing the quality of life for our clients, particularly those with specific needs such as autism, dementia, or long-term care requirements. This role involves working closely with residents in various settings, including assisted living facilities and home community care environments. Responsibilities Provide personal care services including bathing, grooming, and dressing assistance. Assist clients with daily living activities and mobility support. Monitor and document changes in clients' health status and report any concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals. Prepare nutritious meals according to dietary restrictions and preferences. Engage clients in social activities to promote mental stimulation and emotional well-being. Ensure the safety and comfort of clients by maintaining a clean and organized living environment. Uphold resident rights while providing care, ensuring dignity and respect at all times. Administer first aid or CPR when necessary, following established protocols. Experience Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with working with individuals with autism, dementia care, or long-term care is highly desirable. Certification of First Aid, CPR, OIS and Basic DD Caregiver test are required. Experience in home community care or assisted living environments is beneficial. A compassionate demeanor with strong communication skills is essential for effective interaction with clients and their families.
