This role is ideal for caregivers who value connection, consistency, and providing quality care in a one-on-one setting. Previous caregiving or DSP experience is preferred (2+ years), but paid training and on-site orientation are provided to help you succeed. Caregiver Responsibilities Assist with personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting Provide companionship and emotional support Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping Run errands and complete grocery shopping Provide pet care as needed Safely transport clients to appointments and community outings Caregiver Requirements Must be 18 years of age or older Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and active auto insurance Ability to speak and communicate clearly in English Dependable, compassionate, and professional demeanor Weekend availability is a must Must pass a background check, drug screening, and skills assessment Willingness to attend a paid, on-site skills assessment and orientation Pay & Benefits Hourly pay of $18-$19 , based on experience Flexible scheduling options Paid training and paid orientation Paid time off Mileage reimbursement 401(k) with company matching Health, dental, vision, and life insurance Referral bonus program How to Apply Submit your caregiver resume Complete all prescreening questions Qualified applicants can expect a call within the week
