Our Medford branch serves Medford, Grants Pass, Eagle Point, Central Point, Phoenix, Jacksonville, Gold Hill, White City, Shady Cove, Butte Falls, Prospect, Ashland and Talent and Grants Pass. We have part time hours available and will work with you to build your schedule to full time! Please note in order to build your schedule up to full time, you may be asked to travel outside of Medford to work with clients.

Current Needs:

Caregivers with heavy care experience preferred

• such as personal care (showering and toileting), heavy lifting, and cognitive disorders and transfer experience!

! Caregivers available Monday-Friday and weekends.

Shift times:

2pm

• 8 pm or 3 pm
• 9 pm Caregivers willing and able to transport clients in their own vehicle (taking them to appointments or shopping + we reimburse mileage!) Caregivers able to work in homes with pets and or smoking Caregivers open to short shifts ranging from 2
• 4 hours!

Caregiver Job Duties:

Our caregivers support their clients in activities of daily living, including (but not limited to): Household chores (cleaning, laundry, dishes, etc.) Cooking and/or serving meals Helping clients bathe, dress, and groom Providing companionship through daily activities and hobbies Driving clients (as needed) to the store or appointments Monitoring and reporting on their condition Why Family Resource Home Care?

You will be paid for the time spent in orientation and for any required online training.

Requirements:

18 years of age or older Ability to lift a minimum of 10 lbs. and up to 50 lbs. on rare occasions Must own a smartphone capable of downloading and using a mobile app Ability to pass a state and national background check Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a clean driving record Ability to complete state-required caregiver/HCA training as needed

Additional Information:

Our hiring process is fast and simple! Apply, and the recruiter in your region will connect with you to schedule a phone interview. If hired, you will be scheduled for orientation at your branch. Once you have completed onboarding, orientation, and training, you can start working with clients! Oregon only

• If you have not previously completed the state-required 8-hour Home Care Pulse caregiver training, you will be required to complete the training along with nurse-led medication training before working with clients.
