Job Summary:

At Harmony Care Center we support 3 residents with mild developmental disabilities. We provide our residents with a high quality of care. We are looking for an individual that align with our values and is committed to enhancing their quality of life.

REQUIREMENTS

• 2 years Care giving Experience
• High school diploma/GED
• CPR Certification
• First Aid Certification
• Foster Care (OIS) Certification or complete within 30 days of hire
• Microsoft Outlook (email) and Excel/Spreadsheets proficiency
• Driver License needed to transport residents in company vehicle
• Employer will perform a background check

JOB DUTIES

• Daily entertainment activities and some community outings
• Assisting with personal hygiene and care
• Medication administration and documentation
• Meal preparation, cleaning, and laundry
• Positive behavior supports and basic life skill coaching
• Implementing Individual Support Plans
• Properly handling a crisis and follow ISP protocol
• Administrative paperwork 2 Shifts Available
• 5 days On/2Days Off (Mon-Fri 12p-8p)
• 3 days ON
• Saturday, Sunday, Monday (12 hour shifts)
• Includes overnight coverage PAY
• Monthly salary starting at $3,000 based on experience and performance.
