As a Caregiver, you will provide compassionate, attentive support to promote safety, development, and well-being. This role offers an opportunity to foster growth, independence, and happiness in a safe environment. Responsibilities Deliver personalized care to individuals with disabilities, ensuring their safety and community safety at all times Support development through engaging activities that promote learning, social skills, and emotional growth Assist with daily routines and reminders as needed. Implement behavior management strategies to encourage positive conduct and emotional regulation Maintain a clean and safe environment by following health guidelines and safety protocols such as first aid procedures Collaborate with healthcare professionals to create tailored care plans that meet each person's unique needs Engage in daily activities and provide enrichment to individual lives and well being. Experience Experience working with or caring for individuals with developmental disabilities. Certification or training in first aid and CPR. OIS-Oregon intervention system. This can be obtained on the job. Valid Oregon drivers license. Ability to pass a background check.
Pay:
$16.00 - $20.00 per hour
