NOC JOB DUTIES
of
Caregiver:
  • Aiding all activities of daily living for all residents and behavior management for seniors with dementia.
  • Provide direct care to residents with utmost respect and dignity.
  • Recognize and meet residents' needs while simultaneously encouraging independence.
  • Uphold a safe home-like setting. This includes assisting our seniors with activities of daily living (i.e., dressing, bathing, grooming and other personal care needs).
  • Residents are also assisted by caregivers with purposeful tasks such as socializing, cleaning, arts and crafts, and more.
QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS
  • You manage time like a professional.
  • You're able to complete CPR and First Aid certifications.
  • You're reliable and prompt and are comfortable interacting with the public, visitors, residents, and other staff with tact.
  • Frequent lifting requirement of 20 lbs.
(or less), occasional lifting requirement of greater than or equal to 50 lbs. (All applicants must pass background and employment drug tests upon hire and all your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines).
