Full Job Description Lead Caregiver:

Job description Caring Mission Home Care, named 'Employer of Choice' by Activated Insights for 2025, is currently searching for 1 unique, and compassionate caregivers to join our TEAM!! We provide all-encompassing Paid Training for all Lead Caregivers. After successfully working 8 months as a Lead Caregiver you will be eligible for additional training as a Care Manager within the company. We will train you, work with you and be available for you 24/7. Fill open shifts, begin new cases working closely with our Care Coordinator in the field. Mentor new caregivers as assigned. Assisting with activities of daily living, meal preparation, light housekeeping, medication assistance, observation for change in condition, companionship, etc. Company will train Lead Caregiver for Certification in Dementia Care Be available from 8am - 8pm Monday - Sunday for shift coverage when applicable. Drivers License and Personal Insured Vehicle
