  • Job Summary:
  • We are seeking compassionate Caregivers and Medication Staff to provide personal care assistance and support the needs of seniors in a personal care home setting. As a Caregiver, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for the residents you care for.
  • Duties:
  • Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
  • Provide companionship and emotional support
  • Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals after medication certification is completed
  • Assist with meals and dining
  • Help with facility housekeeping tasks
  • Monitor and report changes in health or behavior
  • Ensure residents' safety and well-being at all times
  • Qualifications:
  • Experience with caregiving in a personal care or nursing home setting
  • Knowledge of personal care practices and medication administration procedures and/or willingness to be trained
  • Understanding of resident rights and senior care principles
  • Familiarity with long-term care procedures and dynamics, and resident care protocols
  • Valid driver's license to assist with transportation needs if applicable
  • Proficiency in documentation of personal care activities and medication records
