Position Summary:
This position will coordinate administrative, business and other operational activities in the office by performing the following duties: maintaining solid and consistent communication with branch leadership and ensuring accurate file maintenance.

Full Time:
Mondays through Friday 8 am to 4 pm.

Position Requirements & Competencies:
Must have high school diploma or equivalent. Must have reliable Transportation and Insurance 1 year of health care experience in an office; home care, home health or hospice. Interpersonal, organizational and communication skills. Must adapt well to changing priorities.
Essential Duties:
Assists the new hire process for the branch hires; ensures all documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner. Provide Client Care. You should be able to cover a critical client who does not have a backup in place when an aide is unavailable. As the Office Coordinator, you will be the first person requested to leave the branch to cover critical clients during the business day. Ensures all employee records are current, accurate, and updated regularly. Assists compliance with HR processes and procedures throughout branch. Ensures all required A/P related paperwork is scanned and submitted for payment. Ensures the appearance of the branch's open environment is professional. Maintains a high degree of confidentiality at all times due to access to sensitive information. Maintains regular, predictable, consistent attendance and is flexible to meet the needs of the department. Follows all Medicare, and HIPAA regulations and requirements. Abides by all regulations, policies, procedures, and standards. Performs other duties as assigned.
