Responsibilities Provide attentive care for children, including infants and toddlers, ensuring their safety, comfort, and engagement throughout the day Assist with daily routines such as feeding, diapering, bathing, dressing, and nap times for young children Support individuals with disabilities by implementing personalized care plans and promoting independence Engage children in age-appropriate activities that encourage learning, creativity, and social skills development Maintain a clean and organized environment that adheres to health and safety standards Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding daily updates, milestones, and any concerns Apply first aid when necessary and respond promptly to emergencies or behavioral challenges using positive behavior management techniques Skills Proven experience in childcare, babysitting, nannying, or early childhood education settings Knowledge of childhood development principles and age-specific needs for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers Strong understanding of behavior management strategies to foster positive behavior Ability to work effectively with children with diverse needs or disabilities Certification in first aid and CPR is highly desirable Excellent communication skills to collaborate with families and team members Passion for teaching, nurturing, and supporting children's growth in a safe environment Join us as a Caregiver to bring joy, stability, and encouragement into the lives of those you support.
