Responsibilities Provide attentive care for infants, toddlers, children, and individuals with disabilities, ensuring their safety and comfort at all times Assist with daily activities such as feeding, bathing, dressing, and diapering for young children and infants Support early childhood development through engaging activities that promote learning, social skills, and emotional well-being Implement behavior management techniques to encourage positive behavior and address challenges effectively Maintain a clean and organized environment in accordance with health and safety standards Collaborate with families or guardians to understand individual needs and preferences Administer basic first aid when necessary and respond promptly to emergencies or health concerns Experience Prior experience working with children in daycare, preschool, babysitting, nannying or classroom settings is highly preferred Demonstrated knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education practices Experience caring for infants and toddlers, including feeding routines and developmental milestones Familiarity with behavior management strategies suitable for different age groups Certification in first aid and CPR is advantageous but not mandatory; training can be provided if needed Ability to work effectively with individuals with disabilities or special needs is a plus Strong communication skills to collaborate with families, team members, and other caregivers Join us in creating a nurturing environment where every individual feels valued, supported, and empowered. $21.94 - $26.42 per hour
