Home Care Marketer Full-Time | $70,000 Base Salary + Commission Are you a motivated relationship-builder with a passion for helping others? We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Home Care Marketer to join our growing team. Compensation & Benefits  $70,000 annual base salary  Uncapped commission potential  Health insurance benefits  Company-provided cell phone  Company car  Paid time off  Full-time stable position with growth opportunities Responsibilities  Develop and maintain referral relationships with hospitals, rehab centers, physicians, case managers, senior communities, and community organizations  Generate new client leads and grow market share  Represent the company at networking events, health fairs, and community meetings  Educate referral sources and families about our home care services  Track marketing activity and maintain referral database  Collaborate with office staff to ensure smooth client onboarding and satisfaction Qualifications  Previous healthcare marketing, home care, hospice, or related sales experience preferred  Strong communication and relationship-building skills  Self-motivated with a proven ability to meet goals  Professional appearance and demeanor  Valid driver's license and clean driving record  Knowledge of local healthcare community is a plus Why Join Us?
