Our Philadelphia office is actively hiring compassionate caregivers to support older adults in the community. Job Summary We are seeking reliable and compassionate Caregivers / Home Health Aides to provide non-medical in-home care for seniors. This is an excellent opportunity for entry-level candidates as well as individuals with experience in elder care, assisted living, or home care. Caregivers work one-on-one with clients to support daily living activities, promote independence, enhance quality of life, and allow them to meet the challenges of aging with dignity and compassion. Work Environment Flexible scheduling options (full-time, part-time, weekends, overnights) Supportive team environment Consistent schedules week-to-week Pay Range Ranges from $16 to $20/hour depending on day of week, length of visit, etc. Time and a half for overtime and company holidays Benefits Medical and supplemental benefits Paid Time Off 401K with employer match Early access to earnings Referral program 24/7 Office Support for Care Professionals Ongoing paid professional training and development Key Responsibilities Provide companionship and emotional support Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including personal care, transfers, bathing, grooming, and dressing Perform light housekeeping and home care tasks Assist with meal preparation and nutrition support Provide medication reminders Support safety monitoring and fall prevention Document care activities as required Qualifications Minimum 1 year of personal or professional experience but entry-level candidates are still encouraged to apply - paid training available Prior experience as a Caregiver, HHA, PCA, DSP (Direct Support Professional), or Companion preferred Experience in senior care, assisted living, nursing homes, or home care preferred CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant)training or experience a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Reliable, patient, and compassionate personality Ability to pass background check and meet hiring requirements Must have the ability to work 1 weekend day Must have clean driving record and vehicle
