Hands From The Heart Home Healthcare Services , a Medicaid-certified agency, is looking for reliable, compassionate, and dedicated caregivers to join our growing team!

Location:

Elizabethville, PA 17023 Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities Available Are you passionate about helping others and making a difference in the lives of those in your community? We are looking for caregivers who are dependable, caring, and ready to provide quality support to our clients in the Elizabethville area .

Caregiver Duties May Include:

Companionship and supervision Assistance with activities of daily living Personal care Meal preparation Light housekeeping Medication reminders Grocery shopping and errands Accompanying clients to appointments Helping clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent

ONBOARDING REQUIREMENTS

2 Forms of Identification 2 Proofs of Residency — one from 2024 and one from 2025 Negative TB Test No TB Test? You must be willing to obtain one Must be dependable, compassionate, and committed to providing quality care
