We are looking for highly motivated individuals to assist individuals with intellectual disabilities with day-today tasks, including, but not limited to: Maintain the safety of our consumers. Plan and attend activities and other creative ideas to engage with our consumers (shopping, local events, etc.). Help our consumers with cooking and household duties. Assisting with our consumer's hygiene and overall well-being. Helping consumers to lead a more independent lifestyle. Complete documentation such as shift reports, incident reports, and other required documentation. Maintain confidential information pertaining to our consumers. Work Life Balance 3-4 days off per week with our Block Schedules. 36 and 48 hour work weeks (12-Hour Shifts)

Comprehensive Paid Training Requirements:

• Valid PA Driver's License • Highschool Diploma or Equivalent (Diploma or GED)
