As a Personal Care Attendant (PCA), you'll provide one-on-one support to individuals in their own homes, helping them remain safe, independent, and connected to their community. Every day offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in someone's life. We proudly serve communities throughout Schuylkill County , including the Frackville, Ashland and surrounding areas. What You'll Do Assist with personal care such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Help with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry Provide companionship and emotional support Assist with errands, shopping, and transportation when needed Support individuals in participating in community activities Follow each person's individualized care plan Document services provided and communicate any concerns with your supervisor What We're Looking For A caring, dependable person who enjoys helping others Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred Reliable transportation to travel between consumer homes during your shift Ability to complete required training and background clearances High school diploma or GED preferred Why You'll Love Working at ILS We are committed to creating an environment where employees feel valued, supported, and empowered to succeed.
