This position requires a commitment to delivering personalized care tailored to the unique needs of each individual. Duties

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive and encouraging environment.
• Monitor and document patient observations, reporting any changes in health or behavior to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
• Deliver specialized care for clients with dementia, ensuring their safety and comfort while engaging them in meaningful activities..
• Assist clients with mobility needs, including lifting or transferring them safely when required. Requirements
• Proven experience in home care or caregiving roles is preferred but not required
• Knowledge of patient observation techniques and medical documentation practices.
• Ability to lift and assist clients safely while following proper lifting techniques.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and their families.
• Compassionate nature with a strong desire to help others improve their quality of life.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours as needed.
