Transport and accompany clients to appointments and social outings when necessary. Assist clients in their homes with daily tasks (grooming, toileting and cleanup, dressing, meal prep, med reminders, showering etc.) Create meaningful connections with clients in order to provide the most personalized care possible. Requirements TB Test (2 step PPD/Chest X-ray/Quantiferon Blood Work) No one should have their quality of life dictated by a mental or physical condition.
