This leadership role is responsible for driving new business, managing daily operations, ensuring exceptional client care, developing community partnerships, and leading our office team to achieve company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development Grow the agency by building referral relationships with hospitals, rehabilitation centers, physicians, senior communities, social workers, case managers, and other healthcare professionals. Generate new client referrals through networking, community outreach, and marketing events. Conduct client consultations and convert inquiries into long-term clients. Operations & Client Care Oversee daily business operations and ensure high-quality customer service. Conduct client assessments, supervisory visits, and quality assurance follow-ups to maintain client satisfaction and care quality. Monitor client retention, compliance, documentation, and overall agency performance. Leadership & Recruitment Recruit, hire, onboard, and retain qualified caregivers based on client needs. Supervise, coach, and support office staff and caregivers while fostering a positive, accountable team culture. Assist with scheduling, office coordination, and operational improvements as needed. Qualifications 3+ years of management experience in home care, healthcare, or a related industry. Proven success in business development, sales, community outreach, or operations management. Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills. Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and home care software (AxisCare, HHAeXchange, or similar) is preferred.
