NuChoice Health Partners, a home care agency serving the Northwest of Pennsylvania, is seeking a dedicated Personal Care Assistant to join our team. As a Caregiver, you will provide essential support to patients in their own homes, promoting independence, comfort, and overall well-being.

Responsibilities:

Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, and dressing Prepare and cook meals, promoting proper nutrition and hydration Provide medication reminders and monitor medication adherence Offer companionship and emotional support to patients, enhancing their mental health and social well-being Help patients with mobility exercises and maintain a safe and clean environment Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure the well-being of patients Document tasks completed and time in and out, maintaining accurate records

Needed Skills:

Basic Housekeeping Cooking Bathing Patients Strong communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards patient care Willingness to learn and adapt to different healthcare settings

Work Environment:

As a Caregiver, you will work in patients' homes, providing one-on-one care and support. This role requires a strong sense of independence, flexibility, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
